Cat Grooms
The NCGIA now offers salon cat grooming by our professionally trained staff and Certifier Instructors. All salon grooming caters to the customer. We are here to make you and your cat happy!
We also offer discounted student grooms during our regularly scheduled school sessions. ALL student grooming is INSTRUCTOR CHOICE! No exceptions! This means that whatever style your cat receives is what you get. If you prefer something specific, then your cat can be groomed on a normal salon day.
All cats receive a bath, blow-dry, and nail trim regardless of whether the appointment is on a salon day or during a school session. The overall style, however, is determined by you on salon day and by the instructors on student groom days.

Salon Grooming
By appointment only. Appointments are scheduled beginning at 8:30am during the week and 9:00am on Saturdays.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required.
If a client “no shows” without prior notice, any future appointments must be pre-paid with a credit card at the time of scheduling. Our salon days are very much in demand. If you “no show” then you waste an appointment time that we could have been given to another customer who would have appreciated it very much.
Cats must be picked up by 2:00pm to avoid an overnight fee of $25, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
Allow 2 hours to completion for a single cat, 3 hours for 2-3 cats.
Pricing:
Long Hair Full Coat Groom $56.00
(Includes sanitary clip, bath, blow-dry, nails, ears, face trim)
Short Hair Full Coat Groom $42.00
(Includes bath, blow-dry, nail trim. Cat must be short hair, no mats or tangles, no shaving, and under 12 lbs)

There is an additional charge for mat removal, pelt removal, and fecal matter removal. These fees are based on how severe the problem is and how much time is required to fix it. An exact price will be given at drop-off, once we see your cat and determine what services are best.
Student Grooming
By appointment only. It is imperative that you keep your appointment.
A 24 hour minimum cancellation notice is required. We are counting on you to keep your appointment so that our students can learn what they are paying to learn. If you do not show up, the students have nothing to groom. Please honor our low cost grooming service by being on time for both drop-off and pick-up and by keeping your appointment. Anyone who “no shows” will no longer be eligible for special student groom pricing.
Morning Drop-Off Time: 8:15-8:45
Afternoon Pick-Up Time: 2:45-3:00
The school closes at 3:00 pm each day. Cats must be picked up by 3:00pm to avoid an overnight fee of $25.
Pricing:
All student grooms are $28.00 and are instructor choice. If you wish to select a specific groom style, you need to make an appoint on a salon day rather than a student groom day.
