If I had a nickel for every time I have heard this sentiment from a groomer, I’d be able to retire on a tropical island somewhere. The reality is that even CHEAP clients can learn to appreciate and pay for high-priced, quality cat grooming. But how is this possible? It seems so impossible, doesn’t it?
