Written Exams

Four written exams are required as part of the CFMG certification process.

They cover:
1. Business Management  (essay)

2. Breeds, Colors, Genetics (50 questions, fill-in-the-blank)

3. Health & Anatomy (55 questions, fill-in-the-blank)

4. Temperaments & Handling Skills (50 questions, fill-in-the-blank)

A passing grade of 85% or better is required for each.  The purchase of all four corresponding Study Packets by each student is also required (no exceptions). You must be a member of the NCGIA to take any exams and earn your CFMG.

Once you have been through our training course and earned your CFMG, you are then eligible for participation in the Dirty Hair Project.
