School Registration
In order to enroll you must submit a deposit (or payment in full if less than 45 days from course start date) and a signed Student Enrollment Agreement, Hold Harmless Agreement, and Student Responsibility Agreement.
All students must receive a copy of the Student Catalogue, which will provide all information regarding the school. You may download the forms by clicking on the links below or you may submit the interest form below to have the student enrollment packet mailed to you.
