Politique d’expédition

Access to most digital products are provided immediately upon purchase, via email. 

Memberships (new and renewals) are processed 2x monthly. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your certificate. We will not add you to the member searchable map directory until you provide us with the contact info you want published. 

All other products are typically shipped within 2 business days unless we are closed for a holiday break or staff vacations.
