Good quality plastic that fits a variety of head sizes. Takes a little practice to get it on correctly but very sturdy once on.
I am a professional groomer since 1996. I am second generation successful pet pro. I have been grooming cats since 2014 and I’m exclusive Cat Groomer grooming over 1100 cats. This is the best muzzle on the planet.
Couldn’t even get it on the cat, and when I finally did cat went ballistic. Wish I could return it.
