CFMG Beach Retreat 2020
We are excited to announce the next NCGI CFMG Beach Retreat in March 2020!
Join a group of like-minded Certified Feline Master Groomers as we relax, refresh and reflect in beautiful Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Monday March 23rd to Saturday March 28th, 2020
Schedule
Monday
Check In at the Beach House begins at 2pm. Arriving early? Check out the local fare for lunch, the boardwalk or the beautiful nature preserves. Dinner is provided family-style at the House with Lynn’s Famous Lasagna, followed by some Icebreaker Games and Activities for attendees.
Tuesday
Prepare to rev up your business with back-to-back seminar sessions, Marketing as a CFMG with Gracee & Lynn and Lynn’s Content Creation Exercises (create up to a year’s worth of content ideas!). In the afternoon, sign up for Professional Headshots with Photographer Joel German to really take your business image to new heights. Also bring your Beach Retreat 2020 t-shirt or hoodie for our group picture this afteroon! In the evening, a group will be headed to a local Brazilian Steakhouse as part of the Beach Retreat dinner tradition!
Wednesday
Take advantage of this Free Day to explore beautiful Myrtle Beach, walk along the beach admiring ocean views or plan an activity with other attendees. Past Retreats have had visits to a Tiger Preserve, horseback riding, paddle boarding, kayaking, driving to Charleston and more!
Thursday
Danelle makes her delicious Brunch this morning including oatcakes and homemade butter rum syrup, yum! Then we will dive back into Business with a new Beach Retreat feature – Breakout Sessions! Each attendee will have the opportunity to submit a specific question or topic that Lynn, Gracee or Danelle will discuss in a small group setting. We will have at least two “rounds” of hot seats, with a signup so you can have an opportunity to attend the questions you are interested in. After a busy day, we’ll host a Group Dinner at the house with build-your-own tacos with fresh sides.
Friday
We won’t be slowing down our momentum on the last day, no way! Join Make Your Website Work For You with Danelle to get clarity for your online presence and attract the clients you want to work with. Friday afternoon will be open for 1-on-1 meetings with Danelle as part of her Business Intensive group, or spend the last day enjoying the views, in the pool or picking up souvenirs in the local shops. We’ll also have group games and discussions during our last night together.
Saturday
Say your good bye’s and exchange contact info with the other attendees before checking out of the Beach House by 9:30am.
Accommodations
Our beautiful beach house offers spacious bedrooms, ocean views, a pool with hot tub and private access to the beach.
Below are the sleeping arrangements available with tiered pricing.
- Private Suite with King bed with attached bathroom and private living space for $1,650 (if a second person is sharing this bed/room, add $250)
- Private Room with King or Queen bed with attached bathroom for $1,350 (if a second person is sharing this bed/room, add $250)
- Shared Bunk Room (max 3 people per room) with attached bathroom for $750 per bed/person
NOTE: Absolutely NO pets are allowed. No exceptions.
Room/bed assignments will be based on the order we receive your deposits. Once your deposit is received, you will be offered the current available rooms of your assignment type.
Beach Retreat Registration
To register for the 2020 CFMG Beach Retreat, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required, with balance due on or before February 1st, 2020.
If you need to cancel, you may transfer your reservation to another CFMG, as long as you let NCGI know in advance.
